Kazuhiro Kitase’s favorite pastime is simple: sleeping. But his dreams are anything but ordinary—within them lies a fantastical world filled with thrilling adventures. One day, his dream takes a dramatic turn as he teams up with an elf girl to face a dragon, only for their journey to be cut short by the creature’s fiery breath. When Kazuhiro wakes up, he’s in for the shock of his life—the elf girl from his dreams is now lying next to him in the real world! Together, they embark on a whole new kind of adventure—exploring modern-day Japan with a touch of fantasy.

The story, penned by Suzuki Makishima, first began captivating readers on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website in February 2017, where it continues to unfold. Hobby Japan publishes the digital novels with stunning illustrations by Yappen.

The manga adaptation by Shimo Aono has been running strong since its debut on Hobby Japan’s Comic Fire website in December 2018, bringing this dreamlike story to life with dynamic visuals.
