Taiko no Tatsujin game arrives in US arcades in November.
Arcade machines have been rocking Japan since 2001, and now it’s time for them to bring the noise to US shores!
Bandai Namco Entertainment just dropped a bombshell during the “Taiko no Tatsujin Donda-! Sekaiichi Kettai-sen Kessho Taikai” (Taiko no Tatsujin World Championship 2024 Finals) livestream on Monday, announcing that the iconic arcade game will be hitting US arcades in November!
The arcade version of the games has been a staple in Japan since 2001, and we can’t wait to see what the US gets.
Bandai Namco Entertainment released the Taiko no Tatsujin: Rhythm Connect smartphone game on iOS and Android devices in late 2023, and the Taiko no Tatsujin: Rhythmic Adventure Pack game collection for Nintendo Switch debuted in December 2020.
This year, we’ve seen the release of the Taiko no Tatsujin: Drum ‘n’ Fun! Switch game and the Taiko no Tatsujin: Drum Session! PlayStation 4 game in the Americas and Europe, and we’re excited to see what’s next!
Taiko no Tatsujin: Drum Session! shipped for the PS4 in Japan in October 2017, and received an English release in Southeast Asia in the same month.
