Prepare to be swept away by the romantic comedy series from Rent-a-Girlfriend creator Reiji Miyajima! The anime, The Shiunji Family Children, is making its debut in 2025, and we’ve got the first look at the new series with a teaser trailer and poster.

From the creator of the hit series Rent-a-Girlfriend, which is currently in the works on returning for Season 4 next year, Miyajima is bringing his signature romantic comedy style to this wild new story. And with the highly anticipated Rent-a-Girlfriend Season 4 on the horizon, it’s going to be an amazing year for fans of the creator’s work!

The Shiunji Family Children was first announced earlier this year, and a new update has revealed that the anime is currently scheduled for a release some time in 2025. Along with the update came the reveal of the first members of the staff and voice cast for the anime, as well as the first real look at how the anime will translate to screen with a new teaser trailer and poster that you can find below.

What’s The Shiunji Family Children About?

The Shiunji Family Children is a romantic comedy series that follows the lives of the Shiunji family, a wealthy family with a mysterious secret. The story revolves around Arata, the eldest son, and his sisters, who are all unique and fascinating in their own ways. As Arata navigates his relationships with his sisters, he discovers a long-hidden secret that changes everything.

The anime is directed by Ryouki Kamitsubo, with Noboru Kimura handling the scripts, Miki Muto designing the characters, and Akki, Ginnojo Hoshi, and Shota Horie composing the music. The voice cast includes Yuichiro Umehara as Arata Shiunji, Chika Anzai as Banri Shiunji, Marika Kono as Seiha Shiunji, Rie Takahashi as Oka Shiunji, Hana Hishikawa as Minami Shiunji, Kana Ichinose as Kotono Shiunji, and Chiaki Kobayashi as Shion Shiunji.
