The Horror Manga That Left Fans Screaming for More is Finally Back in Action!

Shogakukan‘s Manga ONE app has some thrilling news for fans of the spine-tingling horror manga, Yajin (Night Person)! After a three-year hiatus, the serialization of Uru Okabe‘s chilling tale is set to resume by the end of the year, with Okabe hard at work on the next installment.
For those who may have missed it, Yajin follows the journey of two middle school friends, Utsugi and Takajō, who develop the ability to transform into “Yajin” at night, granting them incredible powers. But as they delve deeper into the mysteries surrounding their newfound abilities, they soon realize that they’re not alone in their supernatural adventures.
Okabe launched the manga on Shogakukan‘s Manga ONE and Ura Sunday services in May 2018, and the manga’s first compiled book volume was published in August of the same year. With the series set to return, fans can’t wait to see what new terrors and thrills await Utsugi and Takajō.
In related news, Okabe recently concluded the prequel to their popular manga, Good Night World End, on May 21. The prequel manga, which explores the darker side of the Good Night World universe, is set to conclude with its third and final volume on Thursday.
