Kōnosuke Uda (One Piece: Dead End film, DAYS) is at the helm, directing the new series at MAPPA. With Kimiko Ueno (Delicious in Dungeon, Astro Note) handling the series scripts and Hiromi Taniguchi (Kurage no Shokudō) designing the characters, this is shaping up to be an unforgettable adventure.
And did we mention that 12 episodes of the new anime were leaked? The cat’s out of the bag, folks!
Rumiko Takahashi first debuted the manga in Shogakukan‘s Weekly Shōnen Sunday magazine in August 1987, and it ran for 38 compiled book volumes until March 1996. The manga inspired multiple anime series, movies, OVAs, and even a live-action television special.
