Mai Nakahara and Kosuke Toriumi join Tower of God Season 2 cast
New cast members appeared in episode 9 on Sunday
The official Tower of God anime account revealed two new cast members on Sunday, who appeared in the second season’s ninth episode.
Mai Nakahara will voice research assistant Sophia Amae.
Kōsuke Toriumi will voice lead researcher Maddox.
The new season debuted on July 7 and is now available on Crunchyroll, which is streaming the anime in several regions.

The season also features an opening theme song “Rise Up” and an ending theme song “Believe” performed by NiziU.
The anime’s chief director is Kazuyoshi Takeuchi, and Kei Suzuki is taking over as the director. Erika Yoshida is back as the series scripts writer, along with Takeshi Miyamoto and Riuji Yoshizaki. Miho Tanino returns to design the characters, this time with Seigo Kitazawa and Isamitsu Kashima.
The first season of the anime debuted on April 2020, and the series is part of Crunchyroll Originals. Webtoon launched the manhwa in 2010.
