Get ready to join the adventure! The official website of the anime adaptation of Nazuna Miki’s Botsuraku Yotei no Kizoku dakedo, Hima Datta kara Mahou wo Kiwametemita (I’m a Noble on the Brink of Ruin, So I Might as Well Try Mastering Magic) light novel has dropped the main cast and a teaser promotional video, and we can’t wait to dive in!Meet the main cast:

Liam: Ayumu Murase (Mairimashita! Iruma-kun)
Radon: Tomokazu Sugita (Gintama)
Asuna: Haruka Tomatsu (Sword Art Online)
Jodi: Saori Hayami (Kimetsu no Yaiba)

The anime is directed by Kenichi Ishikura (Sakura Trick) at Studio Deen and Marvy Jack, with Tatsuya Takahashi (Saihate no Paladin) handling series composition and Midori Ootsuka (Aru Asa Dummy Head Mic ni Natteita Ore-kun no Jinsei) designing the characters. Alisa Okehazama (Saikyou Onmyouji no Isekai Tenseiki) is composing the music.

The light novel, which began serialization on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in September 2019, has already reached a cumulative 750,000 copies in circulation! TO Books has also published the manga adaptation, which is serialized in Comic Corona magazine.

J-Novel Club has licensed the light novel and manga for digital release in English, and the first light novel volume is already available. The anime is set to premiere in January 2025, and we can’t wait to see what’s in store!
