A giant in the film industry, Jon Landau, has passed away at the age of 63, after a battle with cancer on July 5.

You might know him as the driving force behind some of the biggest cinematic spectacles of all time. Yes, we’re talking about his long-standing collaboration with visionary director James Cameron. Together, they conjured up the magic of Titanic, the revolutionary Avatar, and even the action-packed Alita: Battle Angel, a live-action adaptation of the beloved manga series.
