Clone High Revival Cancelled After Two Seasons on Air
Goodbye, Clone High: Max Cuts the Cord After Just Two Seasons
The ’90s Nickelodeon classic made its comeback on Max last year, but it looks like the revival series won’t be seeing a third season. The animated show had picked up where the original left off and told a new story across two seasons. However, after the second season concluded earlier this year, the show went dark on any future plans.
The bad news comes from TV Line, who reported that Max has officially cancelled Clone High after two seasons. But fear not, fans! The streamer will always cherish its creative partnership with the team behind the show, and the voice actors, writers, cast, and crew did a fantastic job bringing these legendary characters to life.
Still Want to Get Your Clone High Fix?
If you missed the revival series, you can still catch up with the original and the new series on Max. Some notable guest stars from the second season include Jermaine Fowler, Paul F. Tompkins, and Stephen Root.
According to Max, the show’s description is: “This modern refresh of the Phil Lord (Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, The Afterparty, and 21 Jump Street), Chris Miller, and Bill Lawrence (Ted Lasso, Cougar Town, Scrubs) hit series CLONE HIGH is set at a high school for clones of historical figures. After a high school that was secretly being run as an elaborate military experiment to clone the greatest minds in history was put on ice, the clones have been thawed out 20 years later to resume the experiment with new clone classmates – all while navigating a new set of cultural norms and overly dramatic teen relationships.”
