“Ao no Miburo” Reveals Additional Cast and First Promo
Get ready for a thrilling ride with the upcoming anime adaptation of Ao no Miburo (The Blue Wolves of Mibu)! The official website has just dropped some exciting news, including the reveal of additional cast members, a key visual, and a first promotional video. Mark your calendars for October 2024, when the anime premieres at 5:30 p.m. on YTV and NTV.Meet the talented voice cast:

The anime is directed by Kumiko Habara (100-man no Inochi no Ue ni Ore wa Tatteiru) at Maho Film, with Kenta Ihara (Tsuki ga Michibiku Isekai Douchuu) handling series composition. Yuuko Ooba (Level 1 dakedo Unique Skill de Saikyou desu) and Miyako Nishida (Isekai wa Smartphone to Tomo ni.) are designing the characters, while Yuuki Hayashi (Boku no Hero Academia) is composing the music.
Ao no Miburo is based on Tsuyoshi Yasuda’s historical samurai manga, which debuted in Weekly Shounen Magazine in October 2021. The 14th volume is set to release on July 17.
Kodansha USA has licensed the manga in English, with the second volume available now and the third volume scheduled for August 27.
