Atsushi Nigorikawa, the director, has brought his expertise from shows like Love Tyrant and A Destructive God Sits Next to Me. EMT Squared is producing the anime, with Bros. Bird, Inc credited for production cooperation.

Atsushi Maekawa is overseeing the series scripts, Yūki Nakano is designing the characters, and Akinari Suzuki is composing the music.

GENCO is producing the anime, and GOHOBI is performing the ending theme song “MAKUAKE”!

The novel series by Shizuru Minazuki has been gaining popularity since its release in April 2017. A manga adaptation has also been launched on AlphaPolis’ website, and the English translation is available through Alpha Manga.
