Crunchyroll has amazing news for fans of the anime Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian! On Monday, they announced that they’ll start streaming the English dub of the anime, starring an all-star cast!

Shawn Gann is directing the dub, Susie Nixon is producing, and Clint Bickham is adapting the script. Matt Grounds is the mixer, and Jose Sandoval is the engineer.

Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian premiered on July 3, airing on 24 channels across Japan, and Crunchyroll is streaming it as it airs, for your viewing pleasure!

But wait, there’s more! The anime has an amazing team behind it, with Ryota Itoh directing and writing the series, along with Yūhei Murota designing the characters and Hiroaki Tsutsumi composing the music.

Alya herself is voiced by the talented Sumire Uesaka, and is performing the opening theme song “Ichiban Kagayaku Hoshi” (“The Brightest Star”) along with a cover of a different famous song for the ending theme of each episode!

Alisa Mikhailovna Kujou, a.k.a. Alya, may seem like a tough cookie at first, but beneath her tough exterior, she’s got a soft spot. Sunsunsun, the writer of the light novel series, perfectly captures her complex personality in Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian.
